Light reflected on Water, Like Virtue in the Body

What does Virtue have to do with health?
(And who, in the modern world, wants to be virtuous anyway?)

Dr. Edward Bach spoke about developing virtues rather than fighting defects. Many wise people have said that to make a change, shift your focus.

Bach Flower Essences and Chinese Medicine
During the course of our healing work together, you might find yourself naturally developing virtues like confidence, trust, patience, propriety, wisdom, and so on. Those virtues, in Classical Chinese medicine, are very much related to the health of the body and are helped with Flower Essences. From blood circulation to digestion, from muscle tone to fatigue, all aspects of the body are interrelated with the Virtues and Emotions. Keeping emotional healing processes grounded in the body is a key component of a successful outcome.

Bach Flower Therapy (Flower Essence Counseling)
Flower Essence Therapy involves not only taking the oral drops, but also receiving support through the process that the drops catalyze. We might call it Flower Essence Counseling--it's a time and space for reflecting, being heard and seen, and having constructive, compassionate feedback provided to help you move forward. Virtues are developed as we practice them, and that practice happens in relationship with others. 1:1 sessions are an excellent place for that exploration.

The 2019-20 Flower Essence Foundations Training Course for professional development and peonal growth is available in person and via video conference for distance learners.
